What data we collect

Only what you give us when you book or message us: name, mobile number, booking date and time, number of guests and the content of your message. If you accept analytics cookies, also anonymous or pseudonymous browsing data (see the cookie policy).

What we use it for

To manage and confirm your booking, answer your questions and, if you accept analytics cookies, understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising without your consent.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulations. The basis is your consent and the performance of the booking you request. We keep booking data for up to 12 months and Complaints Book records for as long as the law requires; after that we delete them.

The customer database is registered with the National Registry of Personal Data Protection of Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

Who we share it with

With the providers that make the website and communication work: the hosting provider for the website and email, WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there, and Google and Microsoft if you accept analytics cookies. Some of these providers may store data outside Peru.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to our email or on WhatsApp. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
