Our story
A food and rock restaurant in Cusco
Blackbird was born in Cusco in 2022 with rock as its common thread, and its motto sums it up: “Rock ’n’ roll, comida & rock” (food and rock). Today it has three venues, each with its own personality. Choquechaca is the brand’s karaoke and rock restaurant: a place to eat well with friends and stay on to sing, a 5-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas.
The other two venues offer something different: Blackbird Club San Blas, on Calle Kiskapata, is the restaurant with a view of the city, and Blackbird Tecsecocha is the one in the center, with live music and grill.
